Registration & Prospectus
Collect the official school prospectus and admission application form from the school reception counter during visiting hours (09:30 AM to 11:30 AM), or fill the online inquiry form below.
Informal Interaction
An age-appropriate, friendly dialogue with the child and parents to observe foundational readiness, curiosity, and learning habits in a supportive environment.
Document Verification
Submission of required academic and municipal records, including authentic Birth Certificate, previous school Transfer Certificate (TC), Aadhaar copies, and photographs.
Fee Deposit & Scholar No.
Deposit of quarterly school fees at Punjab & Sindh Bank (Bijnor Branch) and assignment of unique Scholar / Admission Number with class section.

Mandatory Documents for Admission
- Original Municipal / Panchayat Birth Certificate (For Nursery & KG admissions).
- Original Transfer Certificate (TC) issued by the previous recognized school, duly counter-signed (For Class II onwards).
- Self-attested copy of Previous Class Report Card / Progress Marksheet.
- Photocopy of Student's Aadhaar Card & Parents' Aadhaar Cards.
- Four (4) recent passport-sized colored photographs of the student.
- Two (2) passport-sized colored photographs of Father & Mother / Guardian.
- Caste / Category Certificate (SC/ST/OBC), if applicable for scholarship records.
School Fee Collection via Punjab & Sindh Bank

CAPTAIN A.V.S. GAHLOT PUBLIC SCHOOL, HALDAUR, BIJNOR
Payable quarterly between the 1st and 10th of the first month.
Rs. 50/- per month will be charged after the 10th of the scheduled month.
* Fee receipt slip issued by the bank or school counter must be preserved by the parent for future reference. Fees once paid are non-refundable.
