Procedure for Issuing Transfer Certificate (TC)
- Parents must submit a written TC request application signed by both parents to the Principal office.
- A minimum of 7 working days notice is required prior to the date of TC issue.
- All school dues, quarterly fees, and bus transport dues must be completely cleared up to date.
- Library clearance is mandatory: All borrowed books and reference materials must be returned in good condition.
- TC will only be handed over in person to the authorized father/mother or legal guardian against signature.
